These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the access and use of the B2B SaaS platform ContraVault AI, owned and operated by TANISHAYAN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "We"). By creating an account or subscribing to our services, you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms.
ContraVault AI is an agentic artificial intelligence platform designed to parse procurement documentation, evaluate Prequalification (PQ) criteria, analyze clause-level risks, generate pre-bid queries, and assist in compiling tender submission packages.
The Client acknowledges that procurement documents carry significant legal and financial consequences. While ContraVault AI provides high-confidence analysis and source-linked citations, the Client agrees that qualified professionals (bid managers, engineers, legal counsel) must review and verify all generated outputs prior to official submission to any tender authority (GeM, CPPP, NHAI, CPWD, etc.).
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian Law, Tanishayan Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed tender deadlines, authority rejections, or unflagged clauses. Total liability shall not exceed the monthly subscription fees paid by the Client in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, Delhi, India.
